With a group of artists and singers from the Oakhurst and Cascadel areas, I traveled all through the British Isles and sketched many scenes. As we rolled along in the comfortable bus through Scotland, I was much surprised when someone pointed out the gentle hills as 'Highlands.' The Scots were genuinely delighted by our songs and sketchbooks we shared at stops. Good travelers, tasty foods, cheery songs, and lovely memories!
